The Downs Ladies Football

Training

Training continues this Friday night 7:30-9pm for all adult and minor players. U14 girls training every Thursday night 7:30-8:30. New players always welcome.

Intermediate Championship

The Downs kicked off their Intermediate Championship with a strong win over Delvin in Molloy Park. There was some very impressive scoring from all the forwards. Delvin came out strong in the 1st half and it took a while for The Downs to settle but our back line gained the upper hand and maintained that level throughout the game. A strong squad performance all round. Well done girls a great to start to this years campaign.
